Social Apartments
Professional Integration Service

Social apartments have been operating since 2002 and were addressed to young people in the protection system, who were 18 years old and who were forced to leave the placement centers. The idea of the project arose from the need identified in the placement centers in Valcea by Italian volunteers, who came through the "Bambini in Romania" Association from Italy. Initially there were three apartments, but one of them was sold and the money obtained was used to build the Ramnicu Valcea Center for Socialization and Socio-Professional Reintegration. Currently, the two social apartments host a number of 9 young people.
